Comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and sunglasses are essential. For desert tours, we recommend light, breathable clothing and closed-toe shoes.

For the best experience, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.

A contract is formed once we confirm your booking in writing. The person making the booking is responsible for ensuring all details are correct and accepted by all participants in the booking. The contract is governed by UAE law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

Prices are subject to change due to external factors like government regulations, fuel cost increases, and seasonal changes. We strive to confirm the price at the time of booking but may adjust prices based on these factors.

Up to 4 days before the activity: Full refund.Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund. Cancellations due to external circumstances like weather or force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) may result in changes or cancellations without compensation.

We reserve the right to refuse service if participants do not meet eligibility requirements or if their participation could endanger themselves or others.

We strongly recommend securing travel insurance, especially for activities that may involve risks.

Any amendments to bookings must be communicated promptly. Refunds will be processed based on the booking conditions and will be credited to the original payment method.

If you book through a third-party service (like booking.com), all inquiries and issues should be directed to the third-party provider.

Additional tourism fees may apply depending on the location (e.g., Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah), which are collected at the time of check-out.
